Urs Guggisberg – Chief Operation Officer

Urs is the head of our technical team and responsible for design and value engineering, product and process quality management and quality control. Thereby, he often directly communicates with the client’s technical team to ensure a clear common understanding of the specification requirements. Urs features a proven engineer’s experiences in various technical fields. He has a total of 10 years of working experience, i.e. as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) working in China for a major European player in the Power Industry, and as machine engineer (Switzerland). Claire Tang – Purchasing Manager

He is operatively responsible for planning and leading the Aibix project teams to meet our client's expectations. Specialist in supplier search, benchmarking, negotiation – being the nexus of supplier relation management in East China (located in Shanghai).
She has 6 years working experience as coordinator in Dupont supply chain management, in Time Warner marketing, and for CEIBS (China Europe International Business school) executive education programs. Claire is of Chinese nationality and speaks fluent Mandarin, Shanghainese, English, and basic German.

Eva Hu – Project Manager

Eva is coordinating individual key account projects. She is also doing language interpretation for our technical team and is responsible for supplier relationship management in South China (located in Xiamen). She has 8 years of working experience, i.e. as account manager at Dell sales, coordinating freelance sourcing projects, and as marketing consultant. Eva has earned a Diploma in Marketing from London Chamber of Commerce (LCCIEB) which embraces marketing, customer serivce, selling, and advertisement. Eva is of Chinese nationality and speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
