How we add value to your production order placement?

Once the right partner for supplying your product has been identified and the samples been qualified, it is important to ensure the mutual interests are kept during bulk production. Thereby, we offer:

• Solution approach : The client should not need to bother about any issues concerning production. We want to offer a product solution - a finished product in the right quality, right quantity, right time, right packaging, and ready to be transported to the right location.
• Supply chain excellence : To offer a solution of manufacturing, assembling and packaging from different suppliers we do project management on the ground. Thereby, we keep always an eye on cost structures, availability, capabilities and capacities. This may include fostering a network of suppliers, or organizing and optimizing second or third tier supplies (eg. for raw material). Also, export trade and commercial service aspects are taken into consideration.
• Anticipating Risks : Based on our China experiences and having often worked with the supplier before (at least for the sampling), we can anticipate potential areas of conflict. Depending on the criticality of the product, we work out scenarios and backup plans (ie. alternative suppliers for single-sourcing or multi-sourcing).
• Effective Negotiation : We are mostly able to negotiate more advantageous terms for our clients than if they were to deal directly – it is all about relationship and mutual trust. Based on our previous screening, RFQ, and supply chain analysis, we have a solid grip on cost structures and, thus, can negotiate fair and transparently.
• Quality Assurance through process monitoring : China has made enormous strides to improve the finish quality of the goods. However, close supervision of these areas is still necessary. We, including our design and engineering team, are on site and follow-up the quality expectations, production schedule, capacity and inventories. In case of problems, we perform a root cause analysis and seek collaboration for improvement.
• Final Quality Control : Before the product is packed and shipped, we check on site whether the finished product is according to the solution agreed upon. If required by the client, we may also organize product inspection or testing by external providers (eg. SGS or TüV).
